Unbridled Learning

Well, it’s the first full week of summer! Whatever will we do with ourselves?
Last week was quite the full week! Monday was the Magic Mountain trip with the jr. high. Tuesday was the last day of school and 8th grade graduation! William graduated and won best hair and most likely to be a model. He also got Presidential physical fitness. The night was sad for me, to see my favorite class and my last class graduate
Wednesday I got my classroom packed up and cleaned out (which boxes are sitting around in my office at home now, lol), and Thursday and Friday I had to do face to face meetings for the end of the year for the charter.
Thursday Ben had to have four teeth pulled because his grown-up teeth are trying to come in but not having enough room. One of them came out without the whole root tip and the dr. couldn’t get the rest out. So Friday Ben had to go in and be put to sleep so they could get out the root tip. Poor guy was seeing double and out of it for awhile afterwards! And he couldn’t eat solid foods on Thursday or Friday! Not only that, but when we got home Friday, he stuck a lego in his nose and we had to take him to urgent care to get it out, lol!! Don’t tell him I told you, hehe.
Yesterday was the end of the year Cub Scout bash, and then Kevan got to go over to Ben and Stuart’s house and ride a horse, catch frogs, pick berries, ride an electric scooter, … He had a blast!
