The latest news…
William turned 14! He wanted an ipod, so we got him one. Uncle Kevan started that whole trend - he had one this summer when he came out, and then I had to get one, and then William had to get one. We have about 6500 songs at the moment. Also William has a, um, love interest. How cute. Hehe. (Sorry, William)
Kevan just won the school spelling bee for his class and will be going on to the ACSI district spelling bee for the *4th* time in a row! Go Kevan! Also, he is kicking butt in Tae Kwon Do, and a Webelos 1 in Cub Scouts!
Ben also joined Tae Kwon Do, although he wants to quit now. It’s not as fun as it looked, but he looks so darn cute in his gi! He is doing awesome in kindergarten, learning to read very well, and has taught himself (by asking people and then memorizing) very interesting things, including: how to count to 1 dectillion (usually done by powers of ten ;) , including all the place values in between; the alphabet in sign language; counting to 49 in Spanish; counting to 10 in Japanese; the names and basic appearances of all the planets; the months of the year; um… that’s all I can think of at the moment.
Will is, well, directing EOPS. And playing a lot of Halo 2.
I am overly busy as usual, but not too bad. Teaching Jr. High Yearbook, Algebra 1, Algebra A, Life Science, Earth Science, and Technology at PCS, and teaching part time for a virtual charter still as well. This weekend I’m going to the ACSI teacher’s convention which is usually educational.
